Gary Woodward, owner of Woodward & Associates, is a licensed Certified Appraisers Guild of America appraiser who specializes in appraisals of personal property, particularly ranch, farm, and estate property. CAGA certification is not just something that comes when an appraiser pays dues to be part of an organization. It is an extensive educational process that covers a wide variety of requirements.
The training each member is required to complete includes the uniform standards of personal property appraisal practice and appraisal report writing.
